Do You Know A Toilet Flusher

Too funny, just read an article on 'Toilet Flushers'!  Toilet flushers in the real estate world are those people who go around looking at several properties, taking up your time, but never buy. 

I once had some very educated people, a lovely couple, well qualified by their lender, who wanted me to show them property in Kaneohe, property in Hawaii Kai, others in Kapolei, along the North Shore to Haleiwa...and so it went til we had covered the entire island of Oahu; looked at 15 properties, at least! 

Now, at the time, I didn't realize that I was being taken for a tour guide, it didn't dawn on me that these people were never going to buy. There was always something 'wrong' with each listing we perused.

After they had caught their plane, I never heard from them again, didn't respond to any of my e-mails, calls or anything.

What a lesson, now I have a name for them--Toilet Flushers!

Now, don't get me wrong, I've worked with people for months to find them the perfect home and I'm happy to do so - but don't flush on my time!!
