The ultimate aphrodisiac is said to be home ownership!! In a recent study, 1000 people were interviewed and the results are in…over 333 women and 180 men said they’d much prefer a homeowner over a renter. And more than that, they’d prefer there be no roommate involved.

Of the least desired is someone who still lives with mom and dad and even fewer say they’d refuse to date a person that still lives in their child hood home!

The study goes further to determine the desirability of walk in closets, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, outdoor decks and home theaters, these all ranked very high for both men and women.   Then there’s the coveted hot tub, which was down on the list of amenities of love for both sides.

So… who knew??
