Hawaii Has High Rent Costs

Did you know that Oahu, Hawaii has one of the highest rents in the nation?  It's crazy what people will pay jsut to rent a place in Honolulu.  Makes you wonder why people with good credit and the ability to buy decide to rent instead.  With interest rates at an all time historic low, it make sense to buy and especially in an area that demands high rent. 

Call me if you are thinking of renting in Hawaii and I'll help talk you out of it:)  In all seriousness, I'd love to tell you all about the advantages on buying a piece of paradise in Hawaii.
